Using one of the leading 3-Dimensional electronic modelling packages we can bring a virtual element to your project, helping to provide a greater understanding of what a finished building will be like both internally and externally. More recently we have been using topographical information to model the site on which a building stands, which gives a greater understanding of the overall development and how it may impact on surrounding buildings. Using the full potential of our computer software we are able to generate photographic rendered images demonstrating various views of a proposed development for presentation purposes and displays.
We find it beneficial for our clients to sit with us in the office so we can present the scheme designs in our drawing office, using our computer aided design (CAD) facilities.
